At atac Process Management we apply the project management processes of PMBOK®, which is the international standard of reference of the Project Management Institute (PMI). In a world where the need to establish temporary inter-disciplinary teams depends on the capacity of these to articulate themselves in efficient organisms, the standardization of methods is the only tool able to give guarantees and avoid risks.

Construction industry has finally realised that in the 21st century we are able to travel through outer space in spaceships subjected to incredible mechanical and physical performance and, however, we are not yet able to construct a functional building, comfortable, in a short time, low energy consumption, environmentally friendly, flexible to economic possibilities and adaptable to changing circumstances.

As a result of that, construction industry is evolving to production systems more typical in industry production and systematization. This new paradigm of construction is called: RATIONAL CONSTRUCTION

In this new evolutionary stage that starts in 2016, ATAC PM and all its contributors will also be present and will fully involve in the sections of Design, Industrialization and Construction.
